Applying as a Babysitter

Privacy and discretion are important to us! When you apply through our application form, you provide personal data and send it to our mail server (World4you – located in Austria). This data is stored on our mail server for 1 month and on an encrypted local computer. In the event that you are not included in our babysitter database, your application and all associated data will be deleted. If you are included in our babysitter database, your data will be deleted from our mail server after 1 month and will be stored on our encrypted local computer for 1 year. Your data will be processed solely for the purpose of the matchmaking and will be shared with parents to the extent necessary for matchmaking, only after prior consultation! You have the right to deletion – if you wish to delete your data, you can request to do so here.  

Inquiring as a Family

Privacy and discretion are important to us! If you submit an inquiry to us via our inquiry form, you provide personal data and send it to our mail server (World4you – located in Austria). If we cannot find a babysitter for you, your inquiry and all associated data will be deleted after 3 months. In case of a successful placement, your data will be deleted from our mail server after 1 month and will be stored on our encrypted local computer for 1 year. Your data will be processed solely for the purpose of finding a babysitter or nanny. We will only share your personal data (phone number or address) with suitable babysitters after prior consultation and only to the extent necessary for finding a match! You have the right to deletion – if you wish to delete your data, you can request to do so here.  

Other Information

Our local computer is password-protected, and the hard drive is encrypted. Data and invoices are processed and stored on our local computer. Due to legal record-keeping obligations, we are required to retain invoices for at least 7 years.
